  1. To provide shelter and a safe learning environment for tribal indigenous children and youth who are affected by and are at risk from drug abuse as well as physical and mental abuse. To promote self-reliance, confidence, diversity, cultural awareness and health care to the children and encourage them to pass on their knowledge to their local communities.
  2. To provide educational training for tribal indigenous people in Thailand as follows:
    2.1.Provide formal and non-formal education.
    2.2.Promote both personal and community health care.
    2.3.Provide vocational skills that will enhance job possibilities for them in the future.
    2.4.Develop environmental awareness through the understanding of ecological diversity and its preservation.
    2.5.Provide training in social skills in both Thai and tribal indigenous cultures.
  3. To promote the understanding and application of human rights.
  4. To promote sound ethics and moral principles among individuals.
  5. To increase cooperation between the tribal indigenous people and the dominant Thai population, who are living in the same society under the framework of the Thai government.
